This time of year is special to us all. “It” is in the air. Although it’s getting colder by the day, the holidays bring a certain charm to the air.

Now in my fourth year in the business world, I continue to stress over the success of my career. I worry about providing the best life possible for my family, now and for the future. Rightfully so. What is it that gets you out of bed every morning, fired up because you know when you do “this”, it will make a meaningful difference for someone?
